When a cleaning service comes to your home or business to give you an estimate, they will usually talk with the customer to give the impression that they are there to please you and then they give you their predetermined list of services that they provide. Along with that, they also tell you what is not included in your cleaning session and what it will cost you to have these services provided.
 
Since opening 10 years ago, we have made our way around the Tidewater area. We have found that what people miss is knowing that when they purchase something it will be exactly what they wanted. What makes us different is that when we ask you what you are looking for, it is so we can customize your house cleaning session to meet your needs. There are no lists of services that you have to adhere to for a set price. We clean what YOU, the customer, wants cleaned. We are licensed and insured and we definately know what clean is!
 
What if windows are very important to you? Most services charge extra for that. Not us!
 
Need some shirts ironed this week instead of another room? No extra charge!
 
Need to organize your closet, but can't find the time? Let us know!
 
You see, we never forget that the customer really is the most important factor in our service. We are cleaning a house, this is true...but, we are cleaning FOR you. We think that what you want us to clean is what we should be there to clean.
 
So, when we come for your free consultation, we will go over what it is that YOU want done and then give you a price for that. We won't clean things that you don't want cleaned and we won't charge you extra for satisfying you!
