Most potential buyers are put off by the fact that they will have to spend hours cleaning their new home or that they will have to hire a company, like me, (at their expense) to come in and clean it before they can even move any of their stuff inside. Home buyers should not have to worry about this when they are making such a large investment and real estate agents and builders, alike, should not have to worry about whether the cleaning company they hired is going to do the job that is expected.

Our Construction Clean-Up Comes in 2 Phases:
Phase 1: The Rough Phase
* Clean all tubs, toilets, sinks, floors,and appliances (when applicable)
* Remove all temporary protection and labels not required to remain
* Clean all cabinets and countertops
* Scrape and wash the inside and outside surface of all windows and sliding glass doors
* Clean all window and sliding glass door frames, stills, and tracks
* Clean all utility closets, furnace closets, storage areas, garages, etc...
* Clean all water heaters
* Clean water valve box ( washing machine & dryer area)
* Clean spider webs from outside entry
* Dust all baseboards
* Dust all doors, doorknobs, plug covers, and switches
* Vacuum all carpeted areas
* Sweep all other flooring types
Phase 2: The Final Phase
* Remove all trash, dirt, and debris from the interior and place it in designated dumpster
* Clean kitchen & vanity cabinets and countertops
* Clean inside of all cabinets, polish all cabinets, vanities and other stained woodwork.
* Polish all stainless steel, including sinks
* Re-clean all interior windows and sliding glass doors
* Clean and/or shine all plumbing fixtures, medicine cabinets, mirrors and bath accessories
* Clean and shine all appliances
* Remove all packing materials, temporary labels, and operating manuals an place in kitchen
drawers, as directed.
* Dry dust all walls
* Vacuum all carpeted areas
* Dust and clean all floors
